Respraying flexible parts

Hey, I have some work to do on my prelly, a few parts I want to respray.

Qweshtchun is how do I respray flexible parts, part needs to be resprayed matt black. Is there a special type of paint for this? Also do I need to remove ALL of the original paint, or just sand it smooth and scuff it up so paint sticks?

what are you trying to respray, and how flexible is it? paint usually gets an additive to TRY and help it stick, but it still just fkn hates it.
